After graduating in mass communication from the University of Sydney, she worked as a television reporter in Sri Lanka. The ravishing beauty believes in healthy eating, which includes carbs, proteins, and fats in fair amounts. To ensure that she looks great from the inside out, she eats a lot of spinach, broccoli and asparagus, eggs, fish, idli, quinoa, rice noodles, brown rice, and plenty of fruits. She also incorporates ghee and a spoon of coconut-based MCT oil in her diet. MCTs are medium-chain triglycerides, a form of saturated fatty acid that gives numerous health benefits, ranging from improved cognitive function to better weight management. She makes sure to have one green juice a day – mostly a smoothie from Raw Pressery, a brand she now partners with, says a report in the Vogue. Jacqueline, who begins and ends her day with apple cider vinegar, finishes her meal by 7-7.30pm. You already know the benefits you can get from eating an early dinner or before 8 pm. She plans her workout on a weekly basis based on her work hours, travel plans, movie look or body goals. “Your workout has to be personalised; what you need and what you enjoy”, she told the Vogue. Her toned body is a result of a mixture of yoga and other forms of exercise, including swimming, running, dancing, etc. It is said that the actress does running or swimming for 40 minutes at least thrice a week. Besides, she practises yoga for an hour each day five times a week to build stamina, strength and flexibility. Of late, Pilates has been gaining popularity amongst the celebs, particularly among women, Jacqueline is no exception here. The style of workout has become synonymous with lean, toned bodies.
