To ensure that she looks great from the inside out, she eats a lot of spinach, broccoli and asparagus, eggs, fish, idli, quinoa, rice noodles, brown rice, and plenty of fruits. She also incorporates ghee and a spoon of coconut-based MCT oil in her diet. MCTs are medium-chain triglycerides, a form of saturated fatty acid that gives numerous health benefits, ranging from improved cognitive function to better weight management. She makes sure to have one green juice a day – mostly a smoothie from Raw Pressery, a brand she now partners with, says a report in the Vogue. She plans her workout on a weekly basis based on her work hours, travel plans, movie look or body goals. “Your workout has to be personalised; what you need and what you enjoy”, she told the Vogue. Her toned body is a result of a mixture of yoga and other forms of exercise, including swimming, running, dancing, etc. It is said that the actress does running or swimming for 40 minutes at least thrice a week. Besides, she practises yoga for an hour each day five times a week to build stamina, strength and flexibility.
