- Making fennel seed water is very simple.
- Boil 1 litre of water in a deep pan.
- Add 2 tablespoons raw fennel seeds to your boiling water, allowing it to boil for about 10 minutes on low flame.
- Turn off the flame.
- Cover the pot with its lid for 10 minutes and let it cool to room temperature.
- Strain and add a teaspoon of honey to sweeten it.
